Shipping and delivery

Orders will be shipped out in full. Backordered products will be shipped out within 15 working days. If the order contains one or more items on backorder, the order will be shipped out within 15 working days. If you would like us to ship out the in-stock items first and separately from the backordered items, make sure to create multiple orders or contact us.

Due to the extreme high demand and the COVID-19 lockdown, take into account a shipping delay.

All miners ordered during the Chinese New Year will be handled and shipped at the end of the Chinese New Year festivities. This is due to the fact that Chinese Courier Services have public holidays. The Chinese Holiday festival will begin on the 25th of January and lasts until the 8th of February.

Due to the holidays our office is closed December 24th and from December 31st until January 2th.   
During this period replies to all emails are delayed.
